Through our Custom Jewellery service DSJ is able to bring your vision to life with our expert designers. Any jewellery need can be catered for through our customizable, exclusive offerings. Either select from our unique catelogue or customize your own creation according to your specific requirements. Our pieces are available in 925 silver, white gold plated gold plated or 9ct and 18ct gold with options of yellow, white or rose gold. Our precious stones used for our jewellery come in variations to accommodate a budget from Cubic Zirconia, Lab Diamonds or Natural Diamond. DSJ has a wide variety of locally sourced resources to meet your needs.
The Custom Jewellery Design process is simple:
- Contact one of our lovely team members for queries about a specific request you are interested in.
- Based on your approval, our team will provide a quote based on the specification provided.
- Once the selection is made, the order will be processed based on deposit and all product details will be forwarded with a notification of approval and an invoice of purchase.
- Orders usually take 2-8 weeks based on the size of the project.
- Upon completion, a request will be sent for the deposit of the final payment.
- Based on payment approval, the order will be made available and ready for collection or shipping/delivery

Jewellery Repair and Restoration
Our team of skilled jewellers will work with you to bring your personal pieces back to life with our high-quality restoration and repair process. We repair damaged pieces or pieces that have lost their precious stones. Our expert jewellers are trained in diamond setting and can be relied on to ensure each prong is perfectly soldered to guarantee a long-lasting diamond setting. Any added customization can be fulfilled, ranging from jewellery resizing to watch repairs and even engraving. The process includes cleaning and polishing to restore the aesthetics and lustre to bring back its value. Each piece returns to its rightful owner in a completely restored condition, leaving your jewellery looking brand new.

Wholesale Jewellery Manufacturing
Deep Shine Jewellers will soon offer manufacturing of wholesale items, ranging from custom-designed pieces or make to stock/bulk purchases. We will offer the best prices on parcel or package purchases.
DSJ stocks and supplies some of the most popular and trendy pieces for any customer's needs. We intend to exclusively manufacture accessories and specific items such as tie pins, cuff links, buttons and many more under our new division that will be launched soon. All DSJs jewellery pieces are locally manufactured in South Africa with high-quality resources.
